Hey there! Thanks for stopping by.

 

I'm Nathan (the guy in the picture on the left) I'm a Photographer and mental health advocate. Following my own recent experience of mental health stigma, I found plant life a real boost to my mental and physical wellbeing.

 

A glass of freshly-picked daffodils really brightened up my living room and elevated my energy levels, providing a much needed boost.

 

I understand the significance of the colour and variety of plant life in relation to mental and physical health and as an avenue for self-expression, hence why I created Flora & Flow.

 

The intention of Flow & Flow as a fine art photography platform is to enable people to understand, explore and celebrate the innate connection between people and plants in the form of digital greeting cards and fine art prints.

 

My digital cards and fine art prints are targeted towards the incredibly diverse LGBTQIA+ community, a community which I am a part of and celebrate - love always wins.
